The Budwig Protocol– How One Woman Beat Big-Pharma On Her Own!
Dr. Johanna Budwig was a German biochemist and author most famous for the invention of the so-called Budwig diet which can supposedly treat cancer. Dr. Budwig was nominated for the Nobel Prize in Medicine 6 times, and during her impeccable career, she cured 90% of her cancer patients.
Dr. Budwig cured her patients with non-toxic ingredients and has had great success. Her work has been recognized by many scientists, but she was constantly scrutinized by Big Pharma, which is why many people don’t know anything about the Budwig protocol.
The cancer industry is a big lie!
The pharmaceutical industry makes a small fortune from their horrible treatments such as chemotherapy for which studies have shown that it’s responsible for a huge number of deaths of cancer patients. The industry isn’t trying to find a cure, and it shouldn’t surprise us – after all, cancer is a very profitable disease, and Big Pharma will do everything it takes to keep it that way.
The main factors for the thousands of cancer deaths every year are the toxins from chemotherapy, radiation and the acidosis they cause in the body. Acidosis is a condition in which the body of the patients becomes so severely acidic that its functions are highly reduced. In cases of acidosis, the ability of the blood to carry and retain oxygen is significantly affected. The oxygen is then replaced with carbon dioxide, which results in the formation of tumors and the development of cancer.
As this is not a clean process, the waste products of fermentation accumulate in our tissues, resulting in even higher toxicity. This leads to oxygen starvation in the cells and multiplication of cancer cells, which most often has a fatal outcome for the patient.
As Dr. Otto Warburg showed the world in the early 30s, oxygen is the mightiest weapon against cancer. Cancer cells are completely anaerobic, which means that they can’t thrive in an oxygen-rich environment. For this incredible discovery, Dr. Warburg received the Nobel prize for medicine in 1931. According to his theory, we need to alkalize and oxygenate our body in order to increase the levels of oxygen in the cells and defeat the disease.
The Budwig protocol is based on this idea, and involves the consumption of flaxseed oil and cottage cheese as a way of defeating cancer. While searching for a cure for cancer, Dr. Budwig started eliminating certain foods from the diet of her patients which caused cellular starvation and replaced them with fatty acids and healthier foods. She also suggested that sunlight exposure is highly important for the treatment of cancer, as the sun is a natural source of vitamin D3 which the body requires to fight the awful disease.
The Budwig protocol
The Budwig protocol has 2 stages. The first one includes consuming a combination of cottage cheese and flaxseed oil, which contain protein and Sulphur and omega-3 fatty acids respectively. As Dr. Budwig said, the omega-3s are required so the respiratory enzymes work properly. Omega-3s are highly important for our health, and lack of them can lead to several health problems including cancer.
In general, the cottage cheese and flaxseeds are orally consumed, but Dr. Budwig originally administered the flaxseed oil to her patients in an enema form.
The second part of the protocol is a special diet which you can see below. Here’s how to prepare the mixture of cottage cheese and flaxseed oil:
- 2-5 tablespoons of flaxseed oil
- A cup of cottage cheese
- A bit of cayenne pepper
Mix the ingredients together and consume the mixture every day. Make sure to use a wooden spoon instead of a metal one when mixing them.
The second part of the diet includes eating certain foods and avoiding processed food, sugar and animal fats. Commercial salad dressings and mayo are out of the question, as is margarine and butter. When buying meat, make sure it’s organic or grass-fed. You should also avoid high-fructose corn syrup, soft drinks, tap and bottled water, lard, sugar and processed foods as well. Your diet should be based on fruit and vegetables as well fresh homecooked meals.
The flaxseed oil should be cold-pressed and organic. Avoid fish oil and dietary sources of omega-3s other than flaxseed oil. You should stay away from white bread and rice, common “table” salt, white flour, hydrogenated oils, sunscreen and cosmetics and store-bought soaps and cleaners. In general, you should look for healthier alternatives to the foods you eat and the products you use every day
