  • 4-11 months – a minimum of 12-15 hours per night
  • 1-2 years of age – 11-14 hours per night
  • 3-5 years of age – 10-13 hours per night
  • 6-13 years of age – 9-11 hours per night
  • 14-17 years of age – 8-10 hours per night
  • 18-25 years of age – 7-9 hours per night
  • 26-64 years of age – 7-9 hours per night
  • 67+ years of age – 7-8 hours per night
